| Students
who register during the college’s early
registration period will also receive a
billing reminder in the mail. Billing
reminders are sent to the home address on
file with the Registrar’s office.
EVERY
student is responsible for making sure that
the CORRECT ADDRESS is on file and must
inform both the Registrar’s office and
Financial Aid Office of any change of
address and/or telephone numbers. Failure to
receive a bill due to incorrect address will
not be accepted as a reason for late
payment. The billing reminder will also
include any estimated financial aid awards,
if available.
*********EFFECTIVE
FALL 2005*********
If you do not make full payment on your tuition and fees and other college bills and your account is sent to a collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection costs, including agency fees, attorney fees and court costs, in addition to whatever amounts you owe the college.
In addition, non-payment or a default judgment against your account may be reported to a credit bureau and reflected in your credit report.
